Gateway Capital Property was Founded by Tony Usher, who has worked in some of the most respected companies in London’s property sector over the last 23 years and is a well-known name in London’s new build property sector.

Tony believes international investors deserved a better property management experience. More consistency, better advice and compliant with the latest legislation – putting your investment in safe hands.

Having worked for ‘JLL’, running the sales team at their flagship Canary Wharf office for 7 years, to most recently working for one of London’s most respected new build developers, ‘Mount Anvil’ as Sales Director for the last 7.5 years, Tony is a strong believer that international landlords are putting their investment at risk by not using qualified lettings and managing agents, receiving poor advice and not enabling the full potential of their investment in London. 

Compliance in the UK’s letting sector is forever changing and its important to know the risks of using an agent who isn’t up to speed.

“You wouldn’t put your money in a bank without first knowing its safe, yet many are using agents who are not accredited to manage their biggest investment asset, which is terrifying” says Tony.
